(一)   The jaw crusher starts 1. If the machine and transmission are both normal after carefully checking, the stone jaw crushers  begins to start 2. The jaw crusher can only start without any loading 3. After starting, if there is any problem during the working, we should stop the machine at once to check, and only after resolving the problem, the jaw crusher can start again.

(二)The preparation before the jaw rock crusher equipment  starting 1. Should carefully check if the bearing lubrication is good, and if there is sufficient grease in the bearing bracket junction 2. Should check if all the fasteners have been fastened 3. Check the protective devices, if there is any problem, we should resolve it 4. Check if there are any ores or sundries in the crushing cavity, then we should remove them at once

（三） The maintenance and operation of the Jaw Crusher 1. Feed the raw material into the crushing cavity after the jaw crusher begins to normally work 2. The raw material should be evenly fed into the crushing cavity, and we should avoid feeding the raw material into one side, avoid sudden loading change and sudden unilateral increasing. 3. In normal cases, the temperature rising of the bearings should not be over 35℃, and the maximum temperature of the bearings should not be over 70℃, or the machine should be stopped at once, and we should check it and remove the problem. 4. Before the jaw crusher stops working, we should stop feeding the material first, and only after the material is totally discharged from the crushing cavity, the motor should be stopped. 5. During working, if the jaw crusher is stopped due to the material blocking, we should stop the motor at once. And the machine can start only after the blocked material is removed. 6. We should switch the other end to use after one end of the jaw plates  is worn out.
